As I've, as well as others, have said this book should be looked at as an historic part of the past decades actions and policies following the destructive attacks on 9/11. Depending on how well put together and written, that will be up to the historians and readers, as a direct first hand account of probably the most important mission, especially the one of abandoned as to why we sent our military into that region with the first drum beat pointed at Iraq and the countries almost total support of that, thus turning the Afghan conflict into a war, quagmire, of choice from that moment on.

Knowing sooner, rather then later, another book or books would be written and probably by a third person through interviews etc. and in their words and more then likely not a military, or veteran of, experienced in that community or operations of. Probably even a hollywood take and action film with all the bells and whistles for more dramatic effect.
